23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24

True Worship
True worship is worshipping the Father in spirit and truth.
“In spirit” surely means “in the Holy Spirit.”
“In truth” surely means “in Jesus Christ.” Jesus is the truth.
Therefore, true worship is worshipping the Father in the power of the Holy Spirit and in Jesus Christ.
God is Spirit
The Father is Spirit.
Jesus is Spirit.
They live in the spirit realm. They are in heaven, which is a real, spiritual place and is the center, source and substance of the spirit realm.
The Father sits on the highest throne in the universe.
Jesus is at His right hand of power.
Jesus will forever be robed in glorified flesh.
The Holy Spirit is of course Spirit. He is the Spirit of the Father and of Jesus Christ.
God through His Spirit fills heaven and earth. His presence and glory fills heaven and the earth.
Saints in heaven are spirits. Those who make it to heaven will live in their spirit person, forever.
God is Spirit.

Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And you are witnesses of these things. Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city [m]of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.” Luke 24:46-49
